La mappa della giovane cucina ad Ischia si arricchisce di un nuovo indirizzo: il ristorante Cap e Fierr. Nell’indicare i talenti che stanno lavorando bene sull’Isola Verde, qualche lettore si è risentito per la mancanza del ristorante guidato da Vincenzo Ferrandino.
E li devo ringraziare della segnalazione perché ho goduto di una cena sulla spiaggia di San Pietro. I tavoli del ristorante Cap e Fierr sono a un passo dalla battigia e dal mare. Un’appendice affascinante della graziosa sala interna che vi farà innamorare di Ischia.
Vincenzo Ferrandino è alla guida della cucina e con lui c’è la compagna Yessenia Molina Quiroga, pastry chef originaria della Bolivia ma cresciuta in Spagna. Per entrambi esperienze in ristoranti stellati in Italia e all’estero.
L’ambiente e il giovane staff vi piaceranno, ma qui su Scatti di Gusto comandano i piatti.
